GOLDSTAR Custom Vinyl Graphics provides design and creation of eye-catching and useful personalized vinyl decals and signage for individuals, schools, teams, organizations, businesses, and companies. Our quality decals and signage come in a wide variety of sizes, colors, textures, and appearances. We will help guide you in the selection of product color that is most appropriate for the mounting surface. GOLDSTAR decals adhere to any smooth, non-porous glass, plastic, metal, or painted surface. We provide our customers with ongoing advice and support regarding our products via phone and email.
OUR PROCESS
GOLDSTAR CUSTOM VINYL GRAPHICS PROCESS OF CREATING YOUR DECAL INVOLVES A MULTI STEP PROCESS:
DESIGN SELECTION: This phase involves design selection. You may choose a design sample from our expansive gallery of options or allow us to create a custom design based on your own vision. We have the capability to personalize sample and custom designs to provide you with a one of a kind decal. This level of service makes our products superior to those that are mass-produced by larger companies making it a special individualized creation.
CREATION: Once a customer chooses an initial design, the digital process begins. Using the latest in software technology (CorelDRAW and TRW Design Wizard), the design is prepared for production. Our proofing process allows for last-minute modifications or changes and assures customer satisfaction.
CUTTING & WEEDING: Only our highest quality vinyl is used in the creation of your custom vinyl product. This process starts by cutting the design and taking away the scrap portion of vinyl, referred to as “weeding.” Then, we begin the micro-cutting process. We utilize our Graphtec cutter, a high-quality commercial vinyl cutter, and hands-on techniques to create crisp, clean cut, sharp edges that help our products to stand out.
TAPING: Translucent transfer tape is applied to all decals and signs. This process of “taping” allows the finished product to be lifted from the backing material and applied.
PACKING / DELIVERY: Your completed order will include an application packet consisting of instructions, an alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and squeegee.

If a typographical error or interpretation issue occurs, we invite you to contact us and we will take action to rectify the problem. If you experience a problem with application of our product and request a replacement, we may require information that will help us determine if application instructions were followed. our BEGINNINGS
GOLDSTAR Custom Vinyl Graphics is the retirement project of husband and wife team Henry and Sandy Farnum. Henry was employed as a deputy sheriff and sheriff in Windham County, Vermont for 25 years, and worked as a probation officer for the State of Vermont Department of Corrections for the past 16 years. Sandy has a background in manufacturing and retail sales and experience conducting point of sales interactions for more than a quarter of a century. Following retirement from their respective careers, the couple relocated to Virginia to be closer to family.

In the future, the Farnums plan to offer personalized vinyl applications to apparel such as t-shirts and hats through a permanent heat-press process.
